HOW TO MAKE MUTTON TIKKA BOTI WITH or WITHOUT SEEKH:
- Okay so first make the home made tikka masala so just dry roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilies, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, whole black pepper.
- When you have roasted these spices grind it properly and add the rest of the spices as i have mentioned above and grind it one more time properly...so you home made tikka masala is ready.
- So first thing about mutton Tikka masla is take the mutton in a bowl and wash it properly....then you have to apply garlic on the mutton nicely that each piece of Mutton mixed with the garlic.
- In next step add the Homemade Masala into it and again mix it with your hand properly now add the meat tenderizer and baking soda.
- Leave it for 4 to 5 hours for Marination.
- If you have SEEKH than just put on the mutton on seekh and apply oil on it and cook it on the Anghethi or stove...in between apply the oil if needed...cook it for 10 minutes or it's up to your heat of stove. And then take it off from the stove or Anghethi.
- If you don't have seekh so don't worry use your grill pan and apply oil on your grill pan.
- Take your marinated meat and cook it for few minutes untill the meat gets tender and properly cooked.
- In between stir the meat nicely.
- Take off from the pan.
- Serve it with podina chutni or you can also use imli and alobukhare ki chutni....I love to eat it also with chilli garlic sauce.... Sprinkle a lemon juice on it and enjoy it with Naan...!π
