Here's a recipe for San Francisco-style Vietnamese American garlic noodles:
Ingredients:
• 8 oz. thin noodles (such as vermicelli, rice noodles, or egg noodles)
• 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 2 tbsp. water
• 1 tsp. sesame oil
• 1/4 tsp. white pepper
• 4 green onions, thinly sliced
