I love Mango Ice cream and love to share this recipe with you....so basically it is a homemade ice cream so it's taste would be so great that you will not find it out anywhere.....! Because it has no preservatives all the natural ingredients are present in this....!

So let start the recipe of Mango Ice Cream.....!

WHAT WE NEEED:

▢      2 large mangoes Ripe and juicy

▢395 g / 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

▢2 cups thickened cream / heavy cream / whipping cream should be chilled

▢1/8 tsp yellow liquid food colouring

How to make it:

Now take mangoes and make the puree with blender or any other thing which make the puree of 2 cups.

After that you have to pour that puree into the non stick pan and cook it on medium low flame.. Constantly stir the puree and make sure it reduces into half of the real one that is One cup or less than it would be suitable.

Now Cool the puree.

ICE CREAM

First You have to mix the cooled ice cream and condensed milk together nicely.

Now take the cream and beat it until it gets smooth texture.

Now take out the scoop from the cream and put it in th mango mixture.Fold it nicely until all the mixture is mixed properly.lumps are okay with that (this is because it gives a nice texture)

Than add the mango mixture in cream.Fold through it don't mix it vigorously like you do for cake batter until lump free. This will take a few minutes.

Now put the batter into a air tight container with the lid.I prefer a glass container.

Place a piece of baking / parchment paper on the surface. Then place lid on or using cling wrap.

Freeze it for 12 or more than 12 hours.

Remove parchment paper. Stand for 5 minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and serve!

If frozen for 24 hours or longer, it will need a couple of extra minutes to soften to a scoop able consistency.

Hope you will love this recipe.
